Obama Reverses Federal Funding Ban on Stem Cell Research

The Executive Order approving federal funds for stem cell research in the U.S has been interpreted as a direct rebuke of former President George W. Bush. President Obama said today that his administration would make “scientific decisions based on facts, not ideology.”
